MB Crusher launches 5 new products at Samoter 2023

5 new attachments were introduced in world premiere at Samoter 2023: MB Crusher adds even more units to its range of sorting grapples and padding buckets.

The company’s mission remains the same: to streamline the jobsite, cut production time, save on operational costs. In other words to cater to all jobsites, heavy construction machinery, areas of application, without leaving anyone out.

NEW SORTING GRAPPLES: MB-G400 and MB-G500

Two are the new models joining the MB sorting grapple compact line: the MB-G400 and the MB-G500.
The first one weighs 441lb , for mini excavators from 5,500lb to 8,900 lb.
The second 926lb ,suitable for midi excavators from 11,200lb to 15,700lb.
Compact and precise, the new sorting grapples have a wider claw opening, allowing it to move and handle even larger materials.

Equipped with a load-holding valve, which ensures maximum safety on the construction site, preventing accidental opening of the claws in the event of a sudden drop in pressure from the carrier machine. They also have silent block, which allows them to be used even in areas where noise needs to be kept under control.

Wear parts are made of Hardox.

Both models are suitable for the installation of an electrical kit for two-hose function, which allows the grapple to rotate 360° even on excavators that only have a two-hose auxiliary set up.

Equipped with replaceable blades, which can be turned upside down to extend their wear life.

Both models are available in two variants, with or without a rotating tower, they also can be paired  with a selection of accessories that simplify material handling tasks: a clam shell kit, for picking up and handling small material, loading soil, gravel and sand; a serrated side plate kit, for handling material of specific shapes; for the MB-G500,  a rubber protection kit, for handling blocks of linear and delicate material and a grip improvement kit.

NEW MB-HDS307, MB-HDS312, MB-HDS412 PADDING BUCKETS

Tue of the new padding buckets were designed for compact line equipment, while the third is for heavy equipment. All three were made to facilitate all jobsites that need to aerate packed soil – for example when a green area or a garden or flower bed need to be sorted; they are also a perfect tool to reclaim demolition debris, stones or any roots; or to screen backfill material to cover pipes  or create  the trench bedding.

But let’s dig a little deeper.

The MB-HDS307 padding bucket weighs 375lb made for excavators from 5,600lb to 11,200lb.
The MB-HDS312 padding bucket weighs 1,587lb made for excavators from 15,700lb to 24,600lb.
The MB-HDS412 padding bucket weighs 2,688lb made for excavators from 22,400lb to 31,400lb.

Maintenance is simple – centralized greasing and it can be done on site, maintenance tools are provided, in a tool bag located in a designated compartment of the bucket.

Just like the rest of the HDS line, even these new units have shafts that can be easily swapped, safely on the job site: in a just a few minutes. The MB Crusher patented system, holds the rotating brackets in to place, allowing easy access and removal of the shafts, while keeping the angled  phase displacement aligned. This means having a streamlined operation on the job.

Lastly, the automatic hydraulic bumper system reduces hydraulic shock so that the engine, transmission components and operating machine are not damaged.

This results in a longer life for the equipment and drastically reduced maintenance expenses.
