Introducing the new Geith GT02 Tilting Quick Coupler now available for 1-2 ton excavators. Tilt your bucket or any attachment up to 180° with peace of mind.
Gerry Kealy sales director says: It wasn’t so long ago that Hydraulic Quick Couplers were not considered for 1-2 tonne mini excavators, but now with the increase in demand for building and working in tight spaces, landscaping and restricted space utilities, a lot of 1–2-ton machines are now fitted with a Hydraulic Quick Coupler as standard.
A natural extension to that increase in Hydraulic coupler usage, is the demand for a Tilting Quick Coupler on this size machine. We can especially see this demand in Australia, UK, France and Spain where very quickly excavators have gone from Pin-on Buckets >> Manual Couplers >> Hydraulic Couplers and now Tilting Quick Couplers on 1-2 Ton Excavators.

This new Tilting Quick Coupler is the perfect excavator attachment for landscaping and building in tight areas, tilting any attachment up to 180°, 90° in each direction.
The Coupler includes an ISO13031 compliant, reversible Hydraulic Variable Pin Centre Pickup Coupler Base maximising your excavator versatility and investment.
What do you need to Install & Operate a Geith Tilting Quick Coupler?
This is a frequently asked question about the installation and operation of the Geith Tilting Quick Coupler. Here’s what Damien O Connor has to say:
“Like the larger tilt couplers, the GT02 model also requires 2 sets of auxiliary lines. One set to power the base of the coupler to open and close, engaging or releasing attachments. If your machine doesn’t have any coupler lines then Geith can supply a full kit for the coupler base for all machines.
Most machines are supplied with auxiliary lines that can supply high pressure in both directions. This type of auxiliary circuit can be used to power the top section tilting coupler.
Refer to the Geith user manual for details on required pressure and flow for each model.”
