{"id":2555,"date":"2019-04-08T18:02:02","date_gmt":"2019-04-08T18:02:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.attachmart.com\/blog\/?p=2555"},"modified":"2019-04-08T18:02:02","modified_gmt":"2019-04-08T18:02:02","slug":"doosan-bobcat-north-america-and-montabert-announce-transfer-in-u-s-distribution-rights","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.attachmart.com\/blog\/doosan-bobcat-north-america-and-montabert-announce-transfer-in-u-s-distribution-rights\/","title":{"rendered":"Doosan Bobcat North America and Montabert Announce Transfer in U.S. Distribution Rights"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Doosan Bobcat North America recently transitioned its rights to the United States sales, marketing and service of the Montabert brand of attachments to Montabert SAS, creating a direct link between the brand\u2019s U.S. distribution network and its factory in Lyon, France.<!--more Continue reading--><\/p>\n<p>The change is the result of an agreement reached jointly by both parties to support Montabert SAS\u2019s desire to get closer to its U.S. customer base, according to a news release issued by Doosan Bobcat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe appreciate the partnership we have had with Montabert over the past 10 years, and wish them well in the future,\u201d says Scott Park, president and CEO of Doosan Bobcat. \u201cAs of today, all U.S. rights to the Montabert brand, our dealer agreements, and our service and sales staff become the responsibility of Montabert.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>To support the change, Montabert has been investing in new support facilities across the U.S. including:<br \/>\n\u2022 A state-of-the-art service center that opened in March in Chattanooga, Tenn., for product support and reman program.<br \/>\n\u2022 A new Distribution and Customer Center opening April 1 in the St Louis, Mo., area with over 50,000 square feet of warehouse space and offices.<br \/>\n\u2022 A new facility under construction in Elko, Nev., to support customers on the west coast, planned for completion in 2020.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.attachmart.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Montabert-b.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-2556\" src=\"http:\/\/www.attachmart.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Montabert-b.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"362\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.attachmart.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Montabert-b.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.attachmart.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Montabert-b-249x300.jpg 249w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are excited about the benefits achievable through complete system integration between the U.S. distribution center and Montabert factory,\u201d says Stephane Giroudon, Montabert sales director &#8211; Americas, who will oversee the company\u2019s U.S. operations. \u201cWe have been working closely with Doosan Bobcat North America to make sure the process goes smoothly, especially for our customers, our valued network of dealers and our employees.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Current sales and service contacts in the field remain the same.
